Common questions

Before you commit

What's a token?

Your monthly balance. CTR is 0.8, Cartoony 0.7, PTR 1, hyper realistic 1.5, 2D art 2. On every plan, each style costs less than ordering it one-off.

Can we spend every token on one style?

Plans are priced for a mix of styles. If you want all 2D art, one style only, or more than 56 tokens, we build you a custom plan.

Too steep for us right now?

Tell us. We'll adjust the plan or build a smaller custom bundle around what you actually ship.

Can we pay in Robux?

Yes, through verified Robux group payouts. PayPal and Stripe work too. Each month is paid upfront.

Do unused tokens roll over?

No. Tokens refresh at the start of each billing month, so pick the plan that fits a normal month, not your biggest one.

Can we buy tokens without a plan?

Yes. Token packs start at 1 token for $95 and last 90 days. Plans are cheaper per token and include priority delivery.
